Request Copies of Certificates

Anyone interested in receiving a copy of their Baptismal, Confirmation, or First Holy Communion certificate(s) must contact the rectory at [email protected]. Any additional information, such as the year the sacrament was received and where the certificate(s) should be mailed to, should be included in the email.
