St. Margaret Parish offers numerous opportunities dedicated to providing them the tools to foster excitement for, knowledge of, and a deeper and more personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Led by the Adult Faith Formation Team, both regular opportunities and entire series are created and implemented for adults and include the following:
Regular Faith Formation
Bible Study: Held Tuesday mornings from 9:00-10:30 in the Antioch Annex, structure programs provide education on specific books or topics of the Bible. This ministry will be studying the Letters to the Hebrews beginning in the fall of 2018.
Lectio Divina: Held after the Saturday Morning 8:00 AM Mass in the Antioch Annex, Lectio Divina provides opportunities to prayerfully grow in communion with God with three reflective readings of the Gospel for the coming Sunday. Starts with prayer and concludes with an “Our Father.” All are welcome.
Men’s Group: Men of St. Margaret Parish gather on Thursday mornings for Mass, breakfast, and prayer to explore and experience God over the week while organically forming community. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if interested.
Morning Prayer: follows the Readings of the Divine Office and occurs after daily Mass in the Church
Women’s Group: The group participates in Walking with Purpose at St. Thomas Villanova Parish every Thursday morning. The 22-week Bible study is “an incredibly effective guide to deep, lasting transformation of the heart. Join us as we explore the core questions that we need to wrestle with if we want to experience all that God has for us.” Click here for more information.
